Apartment 4 - The Fendi

My family just spent a glorious 3 days (wish it were longer) at the Fendi Suite in Miami Beach. The apartment in the 1 Hotel was spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean, and equipped with any amenity imaginable. The hotel had numerous wonderful restaurants, and the staff at the bars, pools, and boutiques couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. We will be back and try one of the other property options from Natalie! Thanks to her and the team for the easy communication and for making our stay sublime.

Apartment 1 - The Gabbana

I had such an amazing stay at the Gabbana. The residence was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The facilities and pool/beach spaces at the 1 Hotel are fantastic, and accessing them during the stay was seamless. All of the staff on the residences side of the house were extremely gracious and went out of their way to help. The owner Natalie was also a pleasure to work with; she is extremely responsive and would typically reply to my questions or requests within minutes. Finally, the pricing was pretty attractive. I was visiting Miami for a business conference, and I wound up paying a similar rate for a full apartment as others were paying for small rooms at neighboring hotels. Really, the whole experience was great from start to finish. Thanks, Natalie!

Apartment 4 - The Fendi

We just returned from another great week at the 1. We have stayed at this property 6 or 8 times, because it is a great location. It is one of the largest upscale resorts in Miami. I have been here with and without kids and it is great either way. There are lots of amenities on property and unlimited options for dining and things to do in the area. I have rented from Natalie several times and I think I have been in three of the available units. All are true to the listings and a very good value. We like having a larger, fully equipped condo vs. a standard hotel room. The hotel staff are all great as well.

Apartment 4 - The Fendi

We stayed at the Fendi Suite for a couple of days before heading down to Key West.

Check in was fast and smooth, valet parking very efficient at all times. The suite was extremely clean and cozy! All linens are top notch the bed incredibly comfortable! The en-suite bathroom large and had everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen enough to cook and enjoy home cooked meals! the outside deck, starting the day with a hot coffee outside watching sun come up, and a glass of wine in the evening, listening to the waves, makes for a smooth way to retire for the night! The services at the property are top notch, 3 pools-beach to choose from, and a great gym! We enjoyed all of it! Plenty of restaurants in the hotel and within walking distance. For sure we will be back and try one of the other property options from Natalie! We thank her and the team for the strong communication and making our stay incredible!

Apartment 2 - The Dolce

Beautiful apartment, modern furniture, beautiful ocean view. Definitely home away from home. I enjoyed my stay, this is definitely my getaway spot. The host is easy to communicate with as well.

Everything about our stay was amazing—from the actual apartment, to the hotel. The apartment was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The balcony is also spacious with plenty of seating and the views from the apartment are stunning. Robinson was wonderful. Not only was the apartment great, but the 1 hotel itself is gorgeous... the ambiance, amenities, and service was just great. I could not think of a better way to spend my 30th birthday with my girlfriends. I can’t wait to go back! Thank you!

We had a great time at this property. We've stayed at the One before and will continue to come back. The lever of service and amenities at the One are world class. The suite was as described and was just perfect! Extremely clean, great balcony and view of the main pool and ocean. The suite was also well stocked with towels, dish ware, pretty much anything you would need...made it feel more like your own condo than a hotel room.. Communication with the owners of the suite was very good. Robinson met us at the hotel to help us check into the suite as well as show us the suite. The bottle of wine in the suite was a nice touch! We would definitely recommend this unit and property.

The apartment is beautiful. We loved the decor and appreciated how clean and new everything was. The balcony view was amazing. The hotel and amenities were wonderful too. We enjoyed the beach path and walking to all the local restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the ease of booking and how responsive Natalie was to our initial questions. " Perfect Location"
We just arrived home after 4 nights in this unit. The pictures and the descriptions of the unit and the 1 Hotel are accurate, yet when we arrived and walked through we were still blown away by everything. Check in at the Residence's Desk was easy and we were escorted to our room by Robinson who showed us everything and answered all of our questions, Staying in the residence's section allowed us to sit in the less crowded areas at both the beach and at the pools, where we were well taken care of by the staff. We even took a ride in the Tesla to Lincoln Road Mall (a 15 minute walk) on our last night. Natalie was a pleasure to work with and we will be back-we'll also be telling our friends!

We had a lovely time , very good communication with the owner Natalie, the standard of furnishings took my breath away when we arrived outstanding , plenty of room for two adults and two children the pull out Sofa was easy to use and comfortable , the views from the balcony and rooms are simply amazing , we loved the 1 Hotel, the service and amenities were truly 5* drinks are a little expensive but in line with other hotels we have stayed in on South Beach , plenty of pools to pick from , great beach ,this is the best place we have stayed , and we will returning next year , thanks Natalie for a great vacation. We arrived early so the valet parked our car and the bellman took our luggage while we explored the beautiful facility. Check in was efficient and valuable. Walking into the unit itself was a respite with it's calming décor, but our favorite spot was by far the large balcony. The view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony is stellar. We read books in the luxurious swing chairs (our preteens favorite part) and ate breakfast and lunches out on the two tables. We especially appreciated the washer and dryer, comfortable king size bed, coffee, and espresso machine, and TV in bedroom and living area.

The grounds of the condo were visually pleasing with good service by the pool and beach. The pool "launch" pads were a favorite with our children as they played "jump/catch the football" every day. The beach was relatively flat which facilitated lots of paddle ball and long walks. We enjoyed the hammocks and comfortable seating areas located just below the pool area. We rented bikes from a local shop for two days allowing us to explore the boardwalk down to Ocean Drive. For dinner most evenings we either took the complimentary shuttle car, (son LOVED the Tesla), or we walked less than 20 minutes to the lively pedestrian mall on Collins Avenue. Would definitely return again when in Miami with our family or with friends.

I booked this accommodation for myself and three friends for a girlie birthday getaway. Everything was perfect with the room from start to finish. Check in was easy, and room is clean and has everything you need from hairdryer to iron necessities.
The hotel food however is not great and expensive, service at the hotel is not good (very mediocre), I think this is probably because they add gratuity to everything (18%) so they don't have to work too hard for it. Yet besides that pool areas are beautiful, beach great and the sun shone all the time we were there so we were relaxed and happy leaving. I recommend STK which is walking distance from the Hotel for dinner.

The place is as pictured. It's clean, pretty. You have a great view off of the balcony, plus cute chair swings and a small table out there. . The rental company was super helpful, we arrived very late at night with a newborn as well as an 8&9 year old. We had a baby delivery service deliver items to the hotel and the property management was so gracious to have them put it in the room for us before we arrived. The kitchen has everything you need, we cooked basic meals for the kids in there as well as breakfast. The washer and dryer are hugely helpful. We were able to wash our towel etc. The bathroom is spacious. We had no issues with space, even with the couch bed pulled out. We rearranged the main room to accommodate the pull out couch, which worked perfectly and gave us a ton of room to move around. For a week stay, we sort of went through all the products they supply you with, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. So if you are staying longer than a weekend or plan to eat in the apartment and cook, you definitely need to get extra supplies. Walgreens is just across the street for whatever you need. Hotel is amazing and you do have access to everything, just as a hotel guest would. Only no room service, but you can rent cabanas at the pool, dine at the restaurants, whatever. No complaints. We would definitely stay again. Oh, also, hotel is so big and definitely family friendly or can be super romantic, so you have it all.

Natalie was incredibly helpful in helping make our wonderful trip to South Beach..She was very understanding and communicative , which is precisely what we needed. The apartment is in superb condition, and the property has 4 swimming pools as well as a well serviced beach area. I would highly recommend this home to anybody that wants to have a great South Beach experience.

We had an unforgettable vacation in this wonderful apartment. It is one of the most beautiful apartments at the 1Homes residences - a great ocean view with a out of the ordinary interior!

This property/hotel really is out of this world, I did not want to leave, I only spent 5 days here which is simply not enough, it has everything you need & you actually feel spoilt for choice as to where you want to spend your day, either round one of 4 swimming pools or at the beach. The apartment itself was fabulous with the best view of the ocean & pool so best of both worlds, it was very spacious & well equipped & decorated like a show home. We've already booked our stay again for our summer vacation, this time for 14 days, i cannot wait. The owner Natalie is so helpful & nothing is too much trouble, she makes everything so easy, as do all of the staff throughout the entire complex, restaurant, bar & pool staff very friendly & will do anything to help.

1 Hotel and Homes is a beautiful hotel in the perfect spot on Miami Beach. This unit has a nice view of the ocean and the swimming pool and is nicely furnished and comfortable. Everything was executed well with our reservation and accommodations - I'd highly recommend it.

This is one of those rentals that delivers more than even the-excellent-photographs show.
It's a very comfortable,well-equipped and spacious apartment and you relax as soon as you walk through the door. The kitchen has quality appliances like Sub-Zero and Bosch and the furniture is high quality. The balcony is great for breakfast or lunch as it on the favoured sunny side of the building with a great view of the beach and ocean.And at night it's blissfully quiet-unusual in Miami!
The apartment is in the residences wing of the newly opened One Hotel. I think this has become my favourite Miami hotel. 5 swimming pools including the spectacular rooftop one and a lovely modern 'eco' and beach casual vibe. A great stay and we hope to come back. Oh and Natalie is very efficient and a joy to deal with. What's not to like?!

We had a 3 night stay on our way to New York , got to say i couldn't fault it in any way, the location was perfect loved the view from the balcony, and exactly as described on the web site , Natalie the owner was very helpful and we used the driver she recommended Carlos who was great, the suite was new and everything top of the line. Everything you need is there, we ate in the hotel mainly the food was very good in all the restaurants , i recommend STK steak house great steaks, if we had had more time we would of stocked up and used the full kitchen.The Hotel and pools are 5* we liked the adult only roof top pool and bar very classy, we are going to return later in the year for sure, best vacation rental(or Hotel) we have ever stayed in.

We've just returned from a fabulous trip to Miami & I've got to say it was this stunning hotel that made our holiday, it really is out of this world. The staff throughout the hotel are so helpful & nothing is too much trouble, especially the residence front desk staff, Felipe, Devisha & Andrea, they all went above & beyond to make our stay the amazing experience it was. With four swimming pools, three beautiful restaurants & a fully equipped beach bar, you need never leave the hotel as it really does have everything you could ask for & of the highest standard. Our apartment was so spacious & again had everything you need & more the furniture & decor was breathtaking & far nicer than anything & anywhere We've stayed in the past & we travel to Miami frequently & normally stay at The W Hotel next door, but this hotel will always now be our first & only choice of stay, we're currently already planning our return & will be 100% staying at this same property/apartment, the view was to die for & we loved nothing more that sitting on the balcony in the comfiest swinging chairs with a glass of wine looking straight out on to the Ocean. Thank you Natalie for the best holiday to Miami we've ever had, we can't wait to return.

What an amazing vacation at the One Hotel! This is a fantastic apartment in terms of location , size and luxury.What we loved the most was the feeling you were someone special staying in the residence part of the hotel , the residence staff were fantastic Devisha and Felipe the concierge helped us find our way around with being new to Miami , the suite was everything we hoped for and more , we hope to be back soon , thanks Natalie for a great vacation!!
